No cookies are set by this site
Not for analytics, not for preferences, not for advertising, not for anything. If you inspect this site's cookie storage you will find it empty.
That is why there is no cookie consent banner. A banner asking you to consent to cookies that do not exist would be theatre, and a banner that does nothing when you click it would be worse.
What the site uses instead
Local storage, which is a different technology with different properties. It is scoped to this site, it is never attached to network requests, it is not visible to any server, and it stays on your device.
The site uses it to remember your favourites, your recently played games, how many times you have started each game, your best scores and your sound preference. The privacy policy lists every key by name.
None of it identifies you, and all of it can be removed at any time from the privacy policy page or through your browser's site-data controls.
Third-party cookies
No third-party scripts are loaded by these pages, so no third party is in a position to set a cookie through them. There are no embedded videos, no social widgets, no comment systems, no font services and no tag managers.
The site loads no external resources at all: fonts are system fonts, artwork is generated in code, and sound is synthesised in the browser.
What would change this
If advertising is connected in future, the advertising provider may set cookies or use similar technologies from within its own frame. If that happens, this page will be updated to describe exactly what is set, by whom and for what, and a real consent mechanism will be provided where the law requires one.
The same applies to analytics. There is none at present, and if any is added it will be named here.
Until then, this page says the true thing, which is that there are no cookies.
