Using the site
Fantasy Arcade is free to use for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. No registration, payment or permission is required to play any game or read any guide.
You may not attempt to disrupt the site, to interfere with other visitors' use of it, or to use automated systems to place unreasonable load on it.
The site is provided as it is. Games and guides may be added, changed or removed at any time.
Ownership of the content
All games, source code, artwork, generated graphics, synthesised sound, written guides, characters, creatures, place names and page copy on this site are original works owned by Fantasy Arcade.
You may not copy, republish, redistribute, rehost, embed, sell or create derivative works from any of it without written permission. That includes reproducing the games on other websites and republishing the guides in whole or in part.
Quoting a short passage from a guide with clear attribution and a link back is fine and does not need permission.
Requests for anything beyond that are welcome through the contact page.
Your scores and saved data
Everything the site remembers about your play is stored in your own browser. It is yours, it is not transmitted anywhere, and it is not backed up.
Clearing your browser data, using a private window, or switching to a different browser or device will lose it. There is no recovery process because there is no copy.
Accuracy of the guides
The guides describe the behaviour of the games on this site as accurately as we can, and the numbers in them are taken from the game code. Games change, however, and a guide may occasionally describe an earlier version.
If you find a guide that is wrong, please tell us through the contact page. Corrections are made openly and the page's updated date moves.
External links
Where a guide links to an external resource, that link is provided because it is useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or their privacy practices.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be available without interruption, that it will be free of errors, or that it will work identically in every browser.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fantasy Arcade is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, including lost scores or lost time.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The 'last updated' date at the top of the page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means accepting the current version.
